Shine As A Light

This anthem was commissioned by the Western Pennsylvania Conference Ministers’ Chorus in memory of Rev. Paul and Claire Halstead. The Ministers’ Chorus premiered the work in April, 2011. The anthem is based on the Scripture passages, Philippians 2:15b-16a and Ephesians 5:8-9 (both from the Contemporary English Version). Here is a vibrant call to Christians to take Christ’s message to everyone on earth– to “shine as a light to all the peoples of the world.”
